Canali Black Pinstripe Suit Pure Virgin Wool Bemberg Lining Made in Italy IT 50

Black pinstripe suit by Canali, Made in Italy, Italian size 50 (drop 8, regular height).

Never worn, with the original production tag still attached: position 02344, model 16003/000, fabric 18556.10. It is deadstock that never entered a store, not a used garment.

The pinstripe is tone-on-tone, black on black: you can see it against the light and up close, while from a distance the suit remains a solid black. It's the pinstripe you can also wear where a bold stripe would be out of place — ceremonies, office, evening.

FABRIC AND LINING
Pure virgin wool, article 18556/10 as stated on the label. Lining 100% rayon cupro Bemberg, the one that tailors choose when they want a jacket that glides over a shirt and doesn't retain heat: you can feel the difference on a dark suit worn all day.

Canali has been producing in Triuggio, in Brianza, since 1934. It constructs without decorative details: the value lies in the fabric and the shoulder construction.

DETAILS
• Single-breasted two-button jacket, notch lapels
• Welt pocket on the chest, flap pockets
• Four matching buttons on each cuff, Canali label on the cuff
• Lined interior with internal pockets
• Matching trousers with belt loops, side pockets, and a back pocket

FLAT MEASUREMENTS (cm)
Jacket — shoulders 45 · armpit 50 · waist 50 · sleeve 63 · total length 79
Trousers — waist 42 · rise 25 · hem 19 · total length 117

CONDITION
New, never worn, with original production tag.

The trousers have a raw hem, still to be finished, as it comes from the archive stock: it is a garment to be finished by a tailor to your height. The 117 cm indicated above is the available margin before hemming.

As it is a tone-on-tone black pinstripe, depending on the light, the base colour may appear to lean towards blue in the photos. The real colour is black.

One-of-a-kind piece: once sold, it will no longer be available.

Canali Zwart Pinstripe Kostuum Pure Scheerwol Bemberg Voering Made in Italy IT 50

Zwart pinstripe kostuum van Canali, Made in Italy, Italiaanse maat 50 (drop 8, normale lengte).

Canali produceert sinds 1934 in Triuggio, in Brianza.

PLATTE AFMETINGEN (cm)
Jasje — schouders 45 · oksel 50 · taille 50 · mouw 63 · totale lengte 79
Pantalon — taille 42 · kruis 25 · zoom 19 · totale lengte 117

STAAT

Canali Completo Gessato Nero Pura Lana Vergine Fodera Bemberg Made in Italy IT 50

Completo gessato nero firmato Canali, Made in Italy, taglia 50 italiana (drop 8, statura regular).

TESSUTO E FODERA
Pura lana vergine, articolo 18556/10 come riportato in etichetta.

DETTAGLI
• Giacca monopetto a due bottoni, revers a dente
• Taschino a filetto sul petto, tasche a pattina
• Quattro bottoni in tinta su ogni polso, etichetta Canali al polsino
• Interno foderato con tasche interne
• Pantalone coordinato con passanti, tasche laterali e tasca posteriore

MISURE A PIATTO (cm)
Giacca — spalle 45 · ascella 50 · vita 50 · manica 63 · lunghezza totale 79
Pantalone — vita 42 · cavallo 25 · fondo 19 · lunghezza totale 117

CONDIZIONE
