I shipped my item last Saturday 8th February well within the timeframe? I think there maybe something wrong with the notification system. I did get an email with the customer offer but I did not get one to say they had paid. The next communication was to say I had 5 days left to ship (received Thursday). You normally send an email when item is shipped but I didn’t get this.
