Viktor & Rolf Monsieur S/S 2007 "Antidote" Collection, Look 06 – Wax Seal Jeans – IT 52 (US 36) – Indigo Denim – Made in Italy

Own a piece of fashion history.
A rare and collectible Viktor & Rolf Monsieur denim piece from the Spring/Summer 2007 “Antidote” Runway Collection, Look 06 — one of the most conceptually celebrated seasons of the brand’s menswear era. The collection explored uniformity, theatrical symbolism, and Viktor & Rolf’s iconic wax-seal branding, translated into sharply tailored, intellectually driven menswear.

Produced during the short-run Viktor & Rolf Monsieur period (2003–2009), the brand’s premium men’s mainline collection, these pieces have become increasingly scarce due to the limited production window. Monsieur embodied the designers’ philosophy of unexpected elegance and intellectual masculinity, mirroring the conceptual glamour and couture-level theatricality of their mainline runway shows.

Viktor & Rolf — founded in Amsterdam in 1993 by Dutch fashion artists Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren — is internationally renowned for avant-garde design, sculptural detailing, and high-end craftsmanship. The S/S 2007 “Antidote” collection is defined by sharp tailoring, uniform-inspired silhouettes, and the season’s signature 3D Molded Wax Seal Logo Relief, seen here at the right back pocket. This sculptural thermoplastic technique creates a raised, dimensional effect unique to this era of the brand.

Constructed from premium indigo cotton denim and manufactured by Gibo’ Co. Spa, one of Italy’s most respected luxury production houses, these jeans exemplify the meticulous craftsmanship and conceptual detailing that define the Monsieur archive.

Boutique-purchased and preserved in very good archival condition.

Viktor & Rolf Monsieur L/Z 2007 "Antidote" Collectie, Look 06 – Wax Seal Jeans – IT 52 (US 36) – Indigo Denim – Gemaakt in Italië
