Stone Island nylon twill hooded jacket
(ART. 721540126) V0098 Sand
Spring/Summer 2020.

The fabric is a super compact nylon twill (Tightly Woven Nylon Twill-TC). A glossy nylon base is paired with a tight-weave matte nylon face, creating a lightweight surface with a subtle wavy texture and increased abrasion resistance. Garment dyed in a clean sand colorway (V0098) and finished with an anti-drop water repellent treatment.
The silhouette is inspired by classic military field garments, notably the British Denison Smock and American M-65. High collar with a hidden hood that packs away neatly, two slanted zip chest pockets, ribbed cuffs, and an adjustable drawstring hem. Stone Island has removed external pockets and unnecessary accessories, leaving a clean utility shell. Removable compass badge on the left sleeve.
The dense weave offers good wind resistance, significantly better than standard lightweight nylon. The anti-drop finish provides light to moderate water resistance: light rain and splashes bead up and roll off, but it is not a fully waterproof membrane. A lightweight technical shell for wind, cool weather, and light rain.

Stone Island nylon twill jas met capuchon
(ART. 721540126) V0098 Zand
Lente/Zomer 2020.
