PUMA x Aries collaboration from 2024 Muay Thai & Combat Game Aesthetics

The core inspiration behind this collection comes from the intense energy of traditional Thai boxing (Muay Thai) and the flashy visuals of 90s arcade fighting games. The aggressive red flames and sharp lines are meant to evoke the fierceness and danger of the ring.

80s & 90s Nostalgia

Aries founder and designer, Sofia Prantera, deliberately infused the accessories with an 80s and 90s mall-kitsch aesthetic. The hat features a unique garment-washed finish, which creates that authentic, faded retro look.

Tribal Tattoos & Dark-Fantasy Font

The gradient graphics stretching from the crown down to the visor are heavily inspired by tribal tattoo art. The front logo merges the iconic PUMA name with the signature Aries font, using an exaggerated, dark-fantasy metal typography.

Tribal Tattoos & Dark-Fantasy Lettertype
