Rare and sublime pair of cufflinks from the Goossens house, for Yves Saint-Laurent. Famous for its exceptional craftsmanship and legendary designs, Goossens has created a piece of jewelry with character here, unsigned (as is often the case with Goossens) but authenticated by a legal expert.

These cufflinks feature a double circular motif, a central pearlescent pearl, surrounded by a double circle of finely chiseled golden beads, underlined by a black background that contrasts superbly with the gilding. The rendering is both elegant and sculptural, typical of the baroque style so dear to Goossens, especially in the 1980s. Diameters: approximately 2cm for the large and 1.6cm for the small.

Each pair is connected by a discreet chain (length: 2.5cm), allowing for comfortable and secure wear. The reverse side, entirely gilded, reveals careful work and a beautiful original patina, a sign of authenticity and quality.

Rare piece, ideal for lovers of couture jewelry and French vintage. A timeless accessory that immediately brings a touch of asserted elegance to a white shirt, a tuxedo, or a more contemporary outfit.

Beautiful condition for its age, with the characteristic patina of authentic Goossens pieces and some wear mainly on the reverse side.
