Dior Montaigne Cadillac Bag 2002/2003
Christian Dior "Chris 1947" Serape, incredibly rare and highly sought after.
Embodies the bohemian and western aesthetic of the 2000s, a style championed by Galliano during his heyday at the fashion house. Crafted from a textured, multicolored woven cotton "serape" fabric, the bag features contrasting cognac leather trim and brass hardware. The front is adorned with the iconic, bold "Chris 1947" metal plaque, a nod to Dior's historic address on Avenue Montaigne. The sides are detailed with western-style leather panels embellished with engraved CD sheriff stars and heavy rivets.
A true runway piece whose value continues to rise. Good overall condition with signs of use; note that the small zipper pull is missing.
