J’ADORE DIOR TOP.

This iconic vintage sleeveless t-shirt from Christian Dior, designed by John Galliano for the legendary Fall/Winter 2001 collection (FW 2001), represents one of the most daring and coveted eras of the French house. Made of cotton in a vibrant electric blue or cobalt blue, the garment features the emblematic slogan "J'ADORE DIOR" printed on its front in yellow university-style letters. On the back, the t-shirt maintains the collection's sporty spirit with the arched inscription "WORLD CHAMPION 1947" in the same yellow color, paying a subtle tribute to the year Maison Dior was founded. This exact design was part of Galliano's styling proposal on the runway, combined with large fur hats and unbuttoned printed shirts, and it solidified its cult status in early 2000s pop culture when worn by actress Lucy Liu during her appearance on the iconic series Sex and the City. With its original internal labels from
"Christian Dior Boutique Paris"
', the piece was made
in Italy and has the authenticity reference
1H12055300, making it a true collector's gem that perfectly encapsulates the phenomenon of euphoric logomania and the casual luxury of the Y2K era.
Slight fabric wear due to age, slight fading.

J’ADORE DIOR TOP.

"Christian Dior Boutique Paris"
', werd het stuk vervaardigd
