Upcycled burnt orange linen bustier top by Bec & Bridge (Size AU 8 / US 4)

A stunning contemporary piece from the high-end Australian brand Bec & Bridge. This top has been custom reworked by a professional tailor from an original "Lexi" short dress into an independent couture cropped bustier. Beautifully crafted from 100% textured, breathable linen fabric in a rich and vibrant burnt orange/terracotta shade. Designed with a structured, gathered sweetheart neckline, a subtle triangular cut-out at the front waist, elasticated puff sleeves, and a clean, straight back with a tonal zipper. Fully lined in matching cotton blend fabric for structural support.
• Brand: Bec & Bridge (Made in Australia)
• Style: Cropped bustier top with gathered cut-outs
• Color: Burnt Orange / Terracotta Red
• Material composition: 100% premium linen (lined interior)
• Condition: Excellent condition, pre-loved. Worn gently only a few times. The linen retains its crisp body and rich, uniform color without wash fading, thinning, or stress on the seams. The elastic bands in the puff sleeves are perfectly lively and firm, and the rear zipper functions perfectly. All internal brand labels, style references, and original size tags were carefully preserved during the upcycling process and remain completely intact.
📐 EXACT MEASUREMENTS ON FLAT SURFACE:
• Label size: AUS 8 / USA 4 / UK 8 (Fits like a standard European size 36 / international size S)
• Fit profile: Structured bustier architecture designed to be worn close to the torso, ending at the natural high waist.
Care instructions: Cold hand wash or dry clean recommended.
A versatile and sustainable designer piece that pairs beautifully with jeans or high-waisted linen trousers. Note: The black Faithfull the Brand wide-leg linen trousers pictured in the style gallery are also available for sale separately in my closet. Feel free to contact me with any questions or offers!
