Balenciaga

Original Balenciaga Paris halter top, Made in France, size 38, 100% silk.

Elegant halter model with two long asymmetric bands to be tied at the neck, which can be left loose, tied in a bow, or worn like a long tie, creating different effects depending on the styling.

The essential design and the construction of the garment are representative of Balenciaga's production in the early 2000s.

The back closure at the neck is with small hooks.

Ivory/cream white colour.

Approximate measurements taken with the garment laid flat, without stretching the fabric:

– Armpit to armpit: approx. 44 cm
– Length: approx. 50 cm
– Width at the bottom: approx. 41 cm
– Length of bands: approx. 78 cm and 92 cm
– Width of bands at the ends: approx. 9 cm

Original size on the Balenciaga label: 38.

As it is a vintage piece with a particular construction, I recommend comparing the measurements with those of a garment with the desired fit.

Condition
The garment is in good general condition, but shows some signs of age:

small stain on the front;
some pulled threads on the back;
slight imperfections visible in the photographs.
For fairness, all conditions have been photographed in detail and are part of the description.

It was entrusted to a specialized laundry which improved its condition without completely removing these imperfections.

Further photographs available on request.

Originele Balenciaga Paris haltertop, Made in France, maat 38, 100% zijde.

kleine vlek aan de voorkant;
enkele getrokken draden aan de achterkant;
