Jean Paul Gaultier

Jean Paul Gaultier jumpsuit from the first line collection "Classique Paris/Made in Italy" in rayon fabric. CONDITION/SIZE⤵️
This semi-natural stretchy material, "rayon," tends to imitate cotton, silk, or linen. It is breathable and durable, making it soft, tender, and very comfortable to wear. A high-end fabric. Initially, the classic sailor style remains here, but the designer decided to add more uniqueness to this outfit thanks to the choice of colors, which translates into a brown/gray shade close to khaki and slightly speckled due to the quality of this viscose, with multiple satiny midnight blue stripes. Superb overall design: ✨ A tunic with 3/4 sleeves and a giant funnel neck that deliberately remains solid brown. Tunic hugs the waist and then takes a flared shape, in the lower part a wide decorative band, in solid brown color, with profiles provided with small slits. 🌟Long 2 in 1 skirt which benefits from a particularly atypical design since it transforms into a strapless dress, in fact the wide waist band of the skirt doubles, moreover we can see a central, vertical relief line, in front and behind, which indicates the level or the doubling can operate. Thus when we turn over the yoke that dresses the waist, we deploy it up to the armpits in order to cover the bust so that the strapless dress appears. The skirt is therefore designed in two yokes like that of the waist band, in solid brown color, made with central and vertical relief seams located in front and behind, also on the profiles. The second yoke, the striped printed skirt, begins by highlighting the curves, the buttocks, and the hips, then takes on a flared shape at the bottom. A high-quality set that will last for years in a wardrobe.

🪞Very good vintage condition, as the set has been used a few times. There is some incipient fuzz. Located throughout, lighter fibers are visible, but this is natural since this fabric offers a handmade finish. As a reminder, this is a handcrafted, not industrial, creation; micro-irregularities or loose threads may appear. Washed, ironed, smoke-free home, so no odor except that of organic detergent.

📏(✨) For the tunic: size displayed is Italian 44/French 40/International L, but the vintage version runs small, as evidenced by the measurements below, which taken flat, on the front, on unstretched material, seem to indicate an international size M. (🌟) For the skirt: size Italian 46/French 42/International XL, but the vintage version may run small, as evidenced by the measurements below, which indicate an M/L size:

✨Tunic:
Shoulders: 43 cm/16.92 inches
Underarms: 49 cm/19.29 inches

Sleeve: 40 cm/15.74 inches

🌟Skirt:

Length: 103 cm/40.55 inches

✨Tuniek:
Schouders: 43 cm/16,92 inch
Oksels: 49 cm/19,29 inch
Coltrui: 30 cm/11,81 inch
Mouw: 40 cm/15,74 inch

🌟Rok:
Borstomvang: 46cm/18.11inch
Afmeting: 40cm/15.74inch
Heupomvang: 50 cm/19,68 inch
Lengte: 103 cm/40,55 inch

Combinaison jean paul gaultier collection première ligne "Classique Paris/Made in Italy" en tissu rayon.
