Jean Paul Gaultier Maille archive midi dress in brown mesh - Size 44 IT (M)
Description:
Stunning and extremely rare archive midi dress by Jean Paul Gaultier, from the famous Gaultier Maille line (late '90s / early 2000s). The garment perfectly embodies the French designer's avant-garde and hyper-feminine aesthetic.
Iconic Authenticity Details: At the back of the neck is the characteristic fabric hanger loop, a sartorial detail immediately recognizable as the brand's signature. Although the internal fabric label was cut by the previous owner, the characteristic top flap with a red rectangular border on a black background, framed with the original white side stitching typical of the house, is clearly visible and preserved.
Material and Craftsmanship: Made of a very fine chocolate brown mesh fabric (transparent and elastic knit), which glides over the body, following its shapes. In true Gaultier style, all edges (neckline, cuffs, and bottom hem) are finished with a sophisticated raw cut without seams, which emphasizes the lightness and fluidity of the fabric.
Buttons: Full front closure with magnificent, shiny buttons made of natural mother-of-pearl dyed a contrasting red, without an engraved logo but unique in their grain and iridescent reflections.
Condition: Very good/Excellent vintage condition. The mesh fabric is intact and has no tears. Only note: the brand label is partially cut as shown in the photo, but authenticity is 100% verifiable from the structural details.
Measurements (taken flat):
Shoulders: 36 cm
Armpit to armpit (Chest): 52 cm (very flexible stretch fabric)
Total length: 112 cm
Estimated fit: Size 44 Italian (M international / 40 French) thanks to the fitted waist and the elastic nature of the yarn.

Jean Paul Gaultier Maille archief midi-jurk in bruin mesh - Maat 44 IT (M)
Beschrijving:
Staat: Zeer goede/Uitstekende vintage staat.

Vestito midi d'archivio Jean Paul Gaultier Maille in mesh marrone - Taglia 44 IT (M)
Descrizione:
Condizioni: Molto buone/Ottime condizioni vintage.
Misure (prese in piano):
Spalle: 36 cm
