Balenciaga Edition Textured Bubble Mini Dress – Black

Authentic Balenciaga Edition black mini dress from the Nicolas Ghesquière era, dating to approximately 2009–2010. This sculptural design features the house’s signature architectural silhouette with a fitted bodice, cap sleeves, textured crinkled fabric, and a voluminous gathered bubble skirt. The clean lines and expert tailoring create a timeless statement piece that reflects Balenciaga’s innovative approach to couture-inspired ready-to-wear.

The silhouette is closely associated with the celebrated Nicolas Ghesquière period for Balenciaga, whose work has been featured in major exhibitions, including the “Balenciaga – L’Œuvre au Noir” exhibition at the Musée Bourdelle in Paris (2017). This dress is not the exact piece exhibited, but it reflects the same sculptural design language that made the era so influential.

Crafted in France, the dress is finished with a concealed back button closure and showcases the exceptional construction and craftsmanship for which Balenciaga is renowned.

Condition: Good pre-owned condition with light signs of wear consistent with age. There is a small seam opening at the underarm (pictured) that could be professionally repaired if desired. Otherwise, the dress presents beautifully and retains its original structure.

Balenciaga Edition Getextureerde Bubble Mini-jurk – Zwart
