Brunello Cucinelli

This high-fashion coat by Brunello Cucinelli, complete with original fabric cover and hanger, finds its maximum expression in the perfect balance between its two souls: the precious suede exterior and the luxurious shearling interior, united in a single piece of extraordinary Italian craftsmanship. On it I only point out some tiny and superficial spots visible only to a very careful look, as per photo, and which do not compromise its beauty.

The Dialogue between Suede and Shearling
* The Exterior Suede: The outer surface is made of lamb suede with a velvety and ultra-soft texture. Dyed in a sophisticated desaturated sage green shade, the suede finish catches the light in an opaque and natural way, giving the garment a contemporary and incredibly fluid sport-chic aesthetic.
* The Interior Shearling (Sheared Wool): The interior reveals the warmer side of the garment: a dense and rich sheepskin sheared to millimeter thickness to ensure maximum thermal insulation without adding volume. Rendered in a warm chestnut shade, the wool offers a soft embrace that contrasts beautifully with the external smoothness.
* The Meeting of Materials on the Collar: The visual play becomes sublime on the majestic collar and lapels. Here, olive suede meets brown shearling, which in turn fades into the opulence of fox fur, creating a masterpiece of three-dimensionality and organic chromatic shades.
* Lightweight Tailoring: The double-thread fusion of these two textures requires manual thinning of the edges: a high-school technique that allows suede and shearling to coexist with a lightness and flexibility of yesteryear.
