MARITHÉ & FRANÇOIS GIRBAUD

anders

Marithé & François Girbaud jacket with a distinctive design and original details, typical of the innovative style of the brand.

The jacket is made of a lightweight fabric, cotton linen blend, which gives a soft and casual look. The color is a light gray tone, with a hint of dusty shades, which contributes to the vintage and relaxed look of the garment.

The jacket has a large shawl collar, with a pleated and draped effect, which adds volume and movement to the neck area. This detail gives an elegant but informal touch.

The closure is at the front, with four dark-colored buttons, slightly larger than typical ones, which contrast well with the light color of the fabric and create an interesting visual detail.

In the lower front part, near the pockets, there are dark fabric inserts with visible decorative stitching, which add texture and contrast. Under each pocket, there is also a small drape that contributes to the asymmetrical and dynamic design.

The sleeves are long and end with cuffs decorated with horizontal stitching, a detail that recalls Girbaud's industrial and technical style.

Overall, the jacket expresses the typical urban and innovative style of Marithé & François Girbaud, characterized by asymmetrical details, contrasting fabrics and a refined but functional design.

Nb: It has a discoloration on the inside behind the collar (see last photo!)
