ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

A masterpiece of archival tailoring from Alexander McQueen.
This single-breasted, three-button blazer is a rare piece dating back to the mid-90s (circa 1996), a period when Lee Alexander McQueen was cementing his global reputation through impeccable and provocative tailoring.

Design Details & Materials:
- Iconic Cut: Ultra-feminine silhouette with a "sculpted" waist and structured shoulders, a hallmark of the designer to emphasize the hourglass figure.
- Outer Fabric: A fine blend of 54% Linen and 42% Cotton with a sophisticated anthracite grey micro-pinstripe weave. The fabric has a textured yet light hand, ideal for versatile seasonal wear.
- Exceptional Lining: The interior reveals the garment's "secret": a splendid lining in 60% Acetate and 40% Viscose with a multicolored botanical print. The satin finish reflects light, enhancing the red and blue flowers on a black background.
- Tailoring Details: Deep center vent at the back and original matching buttons.

Condition of the Garment:
The blazer is in excellent condition (Grade A). Signs of wear are minimal or almost non-existent, which is exceptional for a piece that is around 30 years old. The fabric maintains its structural rigidity and the lining is perfectly intact. The original spare button is still sewn inside.

Garments produced under the direct guidance of Lee Alexander McQueen in the 90s are now considered true museum pieces. This blazer, with its contrast between the austere exterior and the floral interior, embodies the philosophy of "Dualism" dear to the designer. It is an unmissable opportunity for collectors and lovers of luxury vintage.

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

De blazer is in uitstekende staat (Grade A).
