Gorgeous original vintage archive Balenciaga Paris square shawl/scarf (estimated late 80s / early 90s), featuring a refined geometric striped pattern and paisley details.

Main colors: Warm autumnal tones of brown, burgundy, ochre, and gold.

Dimensions: approx. 85 x 85 cm.

Material: To the touch it feels like a very soft and warm high-quality wool blend, likely with a percentage of silk or cashmere. The fabric is lightweight, draping, and breathable. It is not synthetic.

Note on the label: The internal composition/care label has been removed (a very common practice for this type of accessory for aesthetic reasons during wear).

(Please read carefully)
The scarf is in excellent vintage condition:

Intact fabric: The main body of the scarf is perfect, with NO holes, stains, or pulled threads.

Detail on the edges (Fringe): Being a vintage piece with raw-cut finishing, the perimeter fringe is delicate and, naturally for this type of vintage manufacturing, may tend to shed a few small isolated threads or fray slightly with friction and wear. This is a structural feature of the period fringed edge and not a defect from wear, but I prefer to specify this for complete fairness.
Integrated logo: The "BALENCIAGA PARIS" lettering is printed directly into the design matrix, with crisp and perfect characters.
Luxury through-print: The pattern and colors are mirrored and perfectly visible on the reverse side of the fabric as well. This demonstrates deep fiber dyeing, typical of period fine craftsmanship and absent in cheap imitations.

(Goed lezen)

Splendido scialle/foulard quadrato originale Balenciaga Paris d'archivio vintage (stimato fine anni '80 / primi anni '90), caratterizzato da un raffinato motivo geometrico a righe e dettagli paisley (cachemire).

Colori principali: Calde tonalità autunnali del marrone, bordeaux, ocra e oro.

Dimensioni: 85 x 85 cm circa.
