WHITE

A rare, original, vintage women's clamp hat or headband hat from the mid-20th century, ideal for high-end collectibles, themed events, photo shoots, ceremonies, Old Hollywood-style weddings, or as a sophisticated retro bridal accessory.
This is a Certified Collector's Item: Inside, it features the prestigious and authentic union label with a black "Union Made in U.S.A." logo, bearing the unique serial number GK 399333. This incredibly valuable detail for vintage clothing collectors places this piece's production in the United States between the late 1950s and 1960s. This specific label (issued by the United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers International Union) certifies its historical authenticity and attests to its ethical and excellent tailoring, compared to later mass production.
This headpiece features a semi-open "headband"/"half-moon" design that easily adapts to any head size and is therefore one size fits all. Designed to rest on the back or crown of the head without ruining your hairstyle, it is embellished with an elegant, structured white ribbon bow and a matching mesh birdcage veil, which has some tears, as shown in the photos. The interior, clean and in excellent condition, features a lightweight, cool, and breathable honeycomb cap.
A piece of American fashion history—unique, numbered, and non-reproducible—of great charm, it lends a touch of authentic, vintage elegance, and is ready to enrich a vintage collection.
